Computer Science Department and ECDL (CERB Thessaloniki)
Both Units (Athens and Thessaloniki) run a Computer Science Department where visually impaired people can be trained, in a computer room fully equipped with the latest information technology, according to the necessary requirements (scanners, CCTV magnifiers, Braille screens, Braille printer, recognition programs and screen magnification programs, speech recognition, audio typing, speech composer etc.).
Furthermore, there is a Certified Examination Centre ECDL in the Unit of Thessaloniki, the only Certified Centre for people with visual impairment.
The Department satisfies the needs of students and adults.
