Recreation and leisure activities are an essential part of everyone’s life and the need for personal enjoyment does not differ to people with visual impairment. Therefore, there are plenty of activities available, in which our students can participate and definitely enjoy.

As part of our entertainment programs, students carry out visits to archaeological sites and museums, zoos and amusement parks. Additionally, there are entertaining and educational excursions, including visits to environmental centers and centers with sports activities or other outdoor activities (ski resorts, trekking, climbing, etc.).

Furthermore, students have the opportunity to watch football games or basketball games of their favorite teams, to go to cafes and restaurants, to attend theatrical and musical performances, always accompanied by carers and teachers.

Vision loss, should not limit the opportunities of the visually impaired. Vision loss is not equal to loss of creative expression and amusement!
